Our client base consists mainly of expatriates and international and multinational companies, but also Dutch families who are happy to settle in the city, without being on a long waiting list.
For all these tenants, we always have an adequate supply of housing. Our home base consists of over 450 apartments / stores / penthouses, etc. Some of these homes can be found on our website.
But we have much more listings. These listings we like to keep exclusive to our registered (free) clients. If you want to subscribe immediately (free of charge), please click here. We will always talk over your search request with you personally, just to make sure we understand your requests.
All properties in our database are carefully selected, paying attention to location, interior and comfort. We have very good contacts with agents and other rental agencies and we select only the best homes in our database. Our database consists of a variety of apartments, detached houses, canal houses, villas, flats etc. in various price categories (from € 1200, -) and are available for different rental periods.
After we have discussed your search criteria, we will keep you automatically informed of appropriate housing. This will often be done by email.
Then we will discuss with you an appointment for a "housing tour" to maximize the properties you selected to display. We only stop until you found your new home. So a second or third "housing tour" is with us a normal possibility.
Once your home is found, you (on paper) will be introduced to the owner of the house.
What kind of documents do we need from you?
If it is a private lease:
* copy of your employment contract
* copy of your salary slip
* copy of your passport (including your partner if applicable)
If it is a company’s lease:
* copy of the Chamber of Commerce
* annual report
* copy of passport of the person who is authorized to sign
* passport copy of the resident (s)
On your behalf we arrange for the price negotiations with the owner, prepare and discuss the rental agreement with you. And during the inspection of your new apartment we also prepare the inventory list and an inspection report.
And what is most important is that you can also always contact us during the length of your lease for any questions you might have or in need of advice.
What are the costs?
* monthly rent in advance
* deposit (usually 2 months)
* agency fee: with a lease of up to 3 months: half months rent (plus 19% VAT)
* agency fee: with a rental period as of 3 months: 1 months’ rent (plus 19% VAT)
